[Device] Microchip ATSHA204 personalization file

When you leveraged the SG programmer to program the ATSHA204 series device.

Please make sure the file is the "Personalization file".

1. The .shax file is the file for programming but please make sure to “Save a Microchip Personalization” when export the .shax file. Our Programmer PUI can only recognize Personalization file only.

2. The *.shar file is a responses file that can be used with ACES CE to verify that parts are programmed properly only. It’s not available for programmer.
